Super friendly staff, great food! A hotel couldn't be better! Big compliments to the whole team!

We have eaten here four times, best. The fish and the wines are MEGA!

It was very beautiful. 2 days off. The menu was delicious. A very friendly staff throughout the hotel. I'll be back! !!

I can only speak for the restaurant and that is outstanding, from the staff to the starters to the dessert. There were also other variations of the typical fish dishes and these were very successful.

Excellent hotel right on the beach promenade! We have been here for the second time in two years and were 100% satisfied again. Particularly noteworthy is the perfect location, the hotel is only separated from the beach by a small street and a bike path. Furthermore, we were completely satisfied with the cleanliness, the service, the room size, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The spa area is a bit smaller and there is no pool, but that is nowhere to be found and the overall design of the spa and the outdoor area is very attractive and well done. This time we were also in the associated restaurant "Strandnah", which is particularly to be highlighted and recommended. The food was excellent and the overall impression regarding the concept, service and friendliness was particularly consistent and professional, which is not a matter of course in the restaurants in Kühlungsborn, especially on the beach with many tourists (keyword "mass processing"). In the current situation, I would particularly like to emphasize that the Corona hygiene measures are being implemented perfectly here, the breakfast room was even converted and supplemented by glass walls in order to be able to guarantee distance and security. Disinfection for the hands is available everywhere and the tables were always cleaned and disinfected both at breakfast and at dinner. I emphasize this too, because unfortunately we experienced it differently in many places on vacation. In conclusion, you can say that we felt completely at home in this top hotel and will be back!

You can switch off from everyday life and swim in the Baltic Sea

I love the Baltic Sea, I love Kühlungsborn and I love this hotel. The staff in the restaurant are very, very attentive, the colleagues at the front desk could take a slice of it. I am sad that it is only possible to bring a dog to the holiday apartments , what a shame, that was clearly different. Now, after almost 30 years, I have to do without a vacation in this hotel with my dog

We were in Kühlungsborn for a few days in September 2020 and were several times in the restaurant in the hotel on the beach both for lunch and in the evening and were very pleasantly surprised. During Corona you should definitely reserve a table in advance, but this is only possible inside, not on the terrace. But we always got a place there too. Whether fish, meat or salad, everything was very tasty and nicely presented. What was particularly positive was the offer to get a small portion of almost all dishes, which we were also very happy to use. The outdoor area is perfectly designed so that you can sit there super protected even in the wind. All in all a good address.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time (this week of August 2020 and last summer). The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. However, there is no air conditioning system (especially because the hotel is located on Ostseeallee, there is also a lot going on at night. The garbage cans are probably emptied every day, especially in the early hours of the morning Night over quickly. The breakfast is very tasty, but the variation is missing. The staff is very pleasant. Always friendly and courteous. The kitchen is more than recommended (almost impossible to beat in terms of taste). However, like almost everywhere in Kühlungsborn, the portions are very tight. You get full, but nothing more. We would book the hotel again, but pay attention to the location of the room (there are quieter areas in the back).

Hotel & restaurant everything great, IF there were not the one waitress who broke our whole vacation on the first day of the holiday. Your unfriendly, snappy, hurtful, disrespectful and condescending manner towards guests doesn't fit in this restaurant, but rather at a snack bar. With the sentence, we don't need it - it works quite well (*), she finally managed to leave this house early after 20 years of loyalty and will never enter again. * just a statement of your condescending sentences

Very friendly, professional staff. The processes are right here. I always enjoy coming back to this hotel. The mattress was not mine and am breakfast could add a little more rotation, but these are only deductions in the B-note.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. We wanted to go to another restaurant but unfortunately or fortunately already 21h the kitchen was closed. Here we were received friendly and served immediately without having to comment on the time. The food was a treat! Only the flair in the restaurant felt like a large dining room. It was not immediately comfortable. It was a pleasure.

Were there twice today and it was just great. The dog was also allowed to go in, super nice waitresses. The food was delicious, anytime again and you can only recommend it.

Absolute amazing

We have been here several times in the last 3 years and are always thrilled. No matter if fish soup as a starter, the main courses, everything was delicious and high quality. The waiters were always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is also ok and we love the gas heater in September. Everything was great and definitely recommended.
